Photo Journal: Ready to roar

In this combination of five photos, a H-2B rocket is seen in an assembly structure, left, and as it is moved to the launch point, right, at the Tanegashima Space Center in Minamitane, Kagoshima Prefecture, on Dec. 9, 2016. The rocket is set for launch on the night of Dec. 9 and will carry Japan's unmanned resupply vessel Kounotori No. 6 to the International Space Station. The Kounotori No. 6 can carry around 5.9 metric tons, the most of any space supply vessel in the world. For this mission the vessel is carrying food supplies, equipment, and seven microsatellites.
