A huge advertisement indicating the height of the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011 is seen on a wall of the Sony Building in Ginza in Tokyo's Chuo Ward on March 7, 2017. The advertisement was placed on the wall by Yahoo! Japan Corp. on March 6, in the build up to the sixth anniversary of the disaster. It is 28.5 meters high and 6.7 meters wide. The red line on the ad shows the maximum height of the tsunami, which was estimated by the Japan Meteorological Agency to be 16.7 meters in the city of Ofunato in Iwate Prefecture. (Mainichi)
