PYONGYANG (Kyodo) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has voiced eagerness to hold a third summit with U.S. President Donald Trump, saying Pyongyang will wait for Washington to make a "bold decision" to change its attitude by the end of this year, state-run media reported Saturday.

In his speech at a session of the country's top legislature on Friday, Kim criticized the United States for making one-sided demands on North Korea at their second summit in Hanoi in late February, but he stressed his personal relationship with Trump has remained good.

Kim said he is willing to hold the next summit with Trump if the United States adopts an appropriate attitude, according to the Korean Central News Agency.
