Japanese actor Yui Aragaki, singer Gen Hoshino to tie knot

TOKYO -- Actor Yui Aragaki and musician-actor Gen Hoshino -- co-stars in the 2016 hit Japanese TV drama series "Nigeru wa hajidaga yakunitatsu" (The Full-Time Wife Escapist) -- announced through their agencies on May 19 that they are getting married.
Aragaki, 32, and Hoshino, 40, issued a statement together, with comments including, "We want to keep supporting each other and spend a fruitful time together."
The couple appeared as partners in the TV drama aired by Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS) in 2016, and a special episode of the drama was aired in January this year.
