Anne: Sean, you just missed some amazing news.

Sean: What?

Saori: I gave our boss and human resources my one-month notice.

Sean: You're quitting?!

Anne: Sean, you have to hear what she's doing after she quits.

Sean: OK, what is it?

Saori: I'm going to be apprenticing with my favorite manga artist.

Sean: That is amazing. How did you get the gig?

Saori: I submitted a piece of work to a manga competition, and I got an email from the publishing company telling me that my very favorite manga artist had taken an interest in my work.

Anne: Awesome, right?

Sean: Totally.

Saori: And the publishing company got me in touch with the artist, and she asked me to meet her at her studio.

Sean: That's incredible.

Saori: And after the visit, she asked me if I wanted to apprentice with her.

Sean: And you said yes.

Saori: She was apologetic about how much she can pay me, because she knows that I'm older than the other apprentices she has working for her, but this is my dream come true.
