今週のフレーズ eureka moment
Anne: Two more weeks and you're out of here! I totally support your decision, but it's going to be lonely without you.
Saori: I'll miss you guys, too.
Sean: So when was your eureka moment, Saori?
Saori: My what moment?
Sean: Your eureka moment. When did it hit you that becoming a manga artist was what you wanted to do with your life?
Saori: I don't know. I've wanted to be a manga artist as long as I can remember.
Anne: Sean, did you have a eureka moment in coming to Japan?
Sean: Not really. I'd always wanted to come here since I was a kid. I used to have a neighbor named Takeshi, and Japan seemed like such a cool place, just from what I knew through him. But I lost touch with him after Takeshi's dad was transferred to Fukuoka.
Saori: Have you tried to find him since you moved to Japan?
Sean: No.
Anne: That's ridiculous! With social media, you can at least attempt to look for him.
Sean: Right. I'd kind of relegated him to the "childhood memories" corner of my mind, but I should look for him. Hey, you're witnessing my eureka moment!
